Job summary

Pacific Health Group seeks a Manager of Information Technology & Information Security to own end-to-end IT systems, security posture, and regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting. You will govern data protection, privacy, and risk management while enabling scalable, secure technology for the organization’s programs.

You will lead incident response, vendor risk, and audits, partnering with legal and compliance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT, cybersecurity, or information security leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in HIPAA compliance and healthcare data protection.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, endpoint security, and identity management.
• Experience creating policies, controls, and compliance frameworks from the ground up.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership of IT systems, data security, and regulatory compliance.
• Define and enforce security controls across applications, infrastructure, devices, and users.
• Lead HIPAA risk analyses and remediation plans, and manage BAAs as needed.
• Oversee security governance, incident response, and data protection programs.
• Coordinate audits, assessments, and investigations with governance teams.
• Develop long-term IT and security roadmaps aligned with growth.
