Job summary

AireSpring is seeking a mid-level Delivery and Coordination Project Manager for IoT and connectivity initiatives in the United States. You will coordinate enterprise IoT, mobile connectivity, and device deployment projects, managing timelines, client communications, and cross-functional teams.

You will work with engineering, product, carriers, and support teams, ensuring thorough documentation, risk tracking, and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing customer-facing implementation projects
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Experience coordinating technical teams
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage timelines, risks, and client updates

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, and action items
• Coordinate activities among clients, engineering, product, carriers, and support teams
• Lead project meetings and provide clear status updates
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and changes
• Support device, SIM, and connectivity deployment activities
• Maintain project documentation and implementation records
• Escalate blockers and ensure timely resolution
• Assist with post-deployment reviews and customer follow-up
