Job summary

Intuit Inc. offers the Mobile Software Engineer Intern - iOS position as part of the Emerging Talent program. You will work on meaningful projects across TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp, writing production Swift code with guidance from mentors.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program with graduation after internship.
• Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about AI applications.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Intuit office location at team/role-determined site.
• Experience building iOS apps, ideally with Swift or Objective-C.
• Familiarity with iOS architectures and frameworks: SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine, MVVM.
• Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Python, and Java.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test features for Intuit's iOS applications, from UI to services.
• Write clean, well-tested Swift code, and participate in code reviews.
• Debug and resolve defects across the app, tracing issues from UI to stack.
• Partner with engineers, designers, and product managers to turn requirements into software.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflow and share learnings.
• Support deployment and ongoing maintenance of features shipped.
