Job summary

Intuit Inc. in New York is offering a Mobile Software Engineer Intern - iOS for a 12‑week summer cohort. You’ll write production Swift code with experienced engineers, use AI tools to move fast, and deliver features to customers across TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp.

We seek current students with iOS development experience, Swift or Objective‑C, and familiarity with SwiftUI/ UIKit. This hybrid internship provides mentorship and meaningful projects that impact real customers,

Qualifications

Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date after the internship.
Experience building iOS applications, preferably with Swift or Objective‑C.
Familiarity with SwiftUI, UIKit, and MVVM.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment at an Intuit office.
Legal authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and test features for Intuit's iOS applications, from UI to the services they call.
Write clean, well-tested Swift code and participate in code reviews.
Debug defects across the app and trace issues through the stack.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to turn requirements into working software.
Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflow.
Support deployment and ongoing maintenance of shipped features.
