Compass in Boston is seeking an iOS Software Engineer II to help build our mobile platform that empowers real estate agents to deliver exceptional service.

You will work with engineers, product and design to design, scope, and deliver features with best practices, code reviews, tests, and documentation. This role blends hands-on development with engineering-led initiatives to keep the platform fast and reliable.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional iOS development with Swift and App Store releases.
• Experience with SwiftUI and Swift Concurrency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features in a startup-like environment.
