Job summary

Compass is seeking an iOS engineer to help build a mobile platform for home buyers and sellers. You will collaborate with product and design to define features, implement components, and ship reliable iOS apps with best practices.

You’ll work with other engineers to push the platform forward, participate in design reviews, and maintain high standards of code quality and operational excellence. Remote/hybrid options are not specified.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional iOS development using Swift, shipping apps to the App Store, with SwiftUI/Swift Concurrency.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Design and Engineering stakeholders to implement delightful solutions.
• Knowledge of CS fundamentals and iOS design patterns and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail; products should be well-crafted and user-friendly.
• Experience integrating with RESTful backend services.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
