Horizon Health in Dubuque, IA is seeking an IOP Therapist (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) for our behavioral health program at UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital. The part-time position handles day-to-day clinical operations, including assessments, group and individual therapy, and treatment planning.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in social work or clinical counseling and an IA license, with 1–3 years of related experience.

Horizon Health is seeking an IOP Therapist (Licensed Master Social Worker LMSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT, or Licensed Professional Counselor LPC) for our behavioral health program at UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital in Dubuque, IA. This clinical position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary.
