Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or clinical counseling is required.
• Active IA clinical license (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of related working experience.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum development and implementation.
• Referral management, assessments and direct client contact (group, individual and family therapy).
• Implement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entities.
• Treatment, discharge and safety planning.
• Thorough and timely clinical documentation.
• Active participation in clinical consultation, supervision and collaboration.
• Other duties as assigned.
