Clarvida is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Clinician to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services in Lebanon, Virginia. You will provide group, individual, and family therapy to youth and adults within our IOP, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote recovery and long-term stability.

The ideal candidate will be trauma-informed, strengths-based, and comfortable facilitating groups in a school-based, hybrid setting with flexible hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field.
• QMHP eligible or QMHP status required or pursued.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services to individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide strengths-based, trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions to individuals and families.
• Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions for youth and adults.
• Provide individual and family therapy as clinically indicated.
• Maintain clinical documentation and progress notes per state and payer requirements.
• Coordinate care with schools, providers, and community partners.
