HopeTree Family Services in Salem, Virginia, is seeking a licensed or license-eligible Mental Health Clinician to provide trauma-informed therapy across the lifespan. The clinician will assess, diagnose, and deliver psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups, coordinating with families, schools, and child welfare partners.

You will maintain a robust caseload, engage in supervision, contribute to trainings, and help ensure regulatory compliance within a mission‑driven clinical culture.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Experience providing psychotherapy and treatment planning.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with trauma and behavioral challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
• Respond to and support crisis situations, including on‑call crisis coverage (rotating).
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time in accordance with licensing and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, case managers, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain 22-24+ sessions weekly.
• Participate in supervision, treatment team meetings, and consultations.
• Support and/or deliver clinically driven trainings as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing standards (DBHDS, DMAS, CARF, and other EBPs).
• Represent HopeTree Family Services professionally within the community.
