Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field.
• Three years of mental health experience required.
• State licensure as LCSW, LPC-MHSP or LMFT required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and identify issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote recovery and address client needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers and case managers for holistic care.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.
