Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Clinician to deliver evidence-based services within school-based settings in Lebanon, VA. The role involves group, individual, and family therapy for youth and adults with mental health disorders.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain documentation, and provide crisis support while traveling within the community and meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and QMHP eligibility.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services and facilitating group therapy.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Strong documentation and time management skills; collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions for individuals and families.
• Lead IOP group therapy sessions for youth and adults per program requirements.
• Deliver individual and family therapy as clinically indicated.
• Follow approved curricula and treatment protocols during sessions.
• Maintain clinical boundaries and develop therapeutic relationships.
• Coordinate care with schools, providers, and community resources.
• Submit weekly progress notes and treatment authorizations.
• Participate in crisis intervention services and on-call coverage.
• Maintain EMR documentation and regulatory reporting; travel within the community.
