Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Mental Health Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Clinician in Lebanon, Virginia. The role provides group, individual, and family therapy within an IOP, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote recovery and stability.

The ideal candidate delivers trauma-informed care, engages youth and adults, and maintains professional boundaries while following clinical curricula and documentation standards. Hybrid work in VA is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field.
• QMHP-T or QMHP eligibility required.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services to individuals and families.
• Experience facilitating group therapy and evidence-based interventions.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based interventions to individuals and families.
• Facilitate IOP group therapy for youth and adults.
• Provide individual and family therapy as needed.
• Follow approved clinical curriculum and protocols.
• Build therapeutic relationships with clients while maintaining boundaries.
• Monitor medication considerations with clinicians as needed.
• Coordinate care with schools, providers, and community partners.
• Submit weekly progress and maintain documentation.
