In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between clients, their families, the clinical team, and community partners—offering guidance and advocacy throughout the treatment journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain upon hire).
• Strong understanding of addiction, recovery models, and treatment approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, self-directed, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete admission notes and maintain case records in accordance with policy.
• Provide regular updates to families and the clinical team on client progress.
• Coordinate services with external providers and community resources.
• Facilitate groups with your assigned caseload.
• Accurately document client interactions and treatment progress.
• Continuously assess clients' mental health and substance use needs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff.
• Assist clients in accessing insurance and health benefits.
