Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of behavioral health intake or admissions experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Familiarity with EHR platforms in behavioral health.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills; HIPAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming IOP referrals and new patient inquiries.
• Enter and maintain patient/referral data in Salesforce with IOP fields.
• Monitor referral pipeline to ensure progress to program start.
• Outreach via phone, text, and email to enroll or refer.
• Document outreach and dispositions in Salesforce in real time.
• Escalate urgent or high-risk referrals per protocol.
• Conduct intake conversations to collect demographics, history, insurance.
• Coordinate scheduling and confirm program start with clinicians.
• Communicate pre-admission requirements to patients.
• Maintain accuracy of admission schedules with cohort capacity.
• Verify insurance benefits and seek prior authorizations.
• Enter benefits and authorization details into Salesforce.
• Maintain data integrity between Salesforce and EHR.
