Intuitive is seeking a U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate to support early adoption of the Ion platform, expanding minimally invasive care. You will assist new users, develop KOLs, and collaborate with hospital staff to integrate Ion at new sites, ensuring ongoing utilization and data capture.

The role emphasizes clinical expertise in pulmonary oncology, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with significant travel.

Formación

• A minimum of 1 year sales experience, leadership experience or clinical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in an environment of change.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through learning curves.
• Support training activities, in-services, labs, and first-case series.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with senior hospital staff to integrate Ion at new sites and ensure ongoing utilization.
• Capture user and procedural data to create benchmarking metrics (QTI).
• Coordinate with DaVinci sales teams to align with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks, SFDC, expense reports, etc.
