Job summary

Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking an U.S. Ion Endoluminal Sales Associate to support early adoption of the Ion platform and expand access to minimally invasive care for lung biopsy.

You will assist new users, participate in trainings, and help build strong clinical programs with hospital teams. You will collaborate with ESRs and daVinci teams, develop data-driven metrics, and travel up to 60% to major airline hubs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive results amid change.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services, training labs, first case series, team development.
• Become a clinical expert in pulmonary oncology space and support program development.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and physicians to integrate Ion at new sites and ensure ongoing utilization.
• Capture data to create QTI and benchmarking metrics for value demonstration.
• Coordinate with daVinci sales teams to align with stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks including SFDC and expense reporting.
