Job summary

Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking a U.S. Ion Endoluminal Territory Associate. You will support early adoption of Ion, help build KOLs, and demonstrate clinical, economic value in lung biopsy.

You will provide procedural support, assist training, and work with sales teams to expand access.

Bachelor’s degree required; at least 1 year in sales/leadership/clinical; willing to travel up to 60%; near a major airline hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of 1 year sales experience, leadership experience or clinical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in an environment of change.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and located near a major airline hub.
• Knowledge of the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy space environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to ensure safe learning curves.
• Support training activities: labs, in-services, first case series, team development.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with Endoluminal Sales Reps to plan integration at new sites.
• Capture user and procedural data to enable benchmarking metrics.
• Coordinate with daVinci sales teams for alignment with stakeholders.
• Manage SFDC and administrative tasks, including expense reports.
