Qualifications

• Perform molecular biology techniques such as PCR, DNA isolation, cloning.
• Culture mammalian/insect cells and express/purify proteins.
• Conduct cryo-EM experiments and data processing.
• Design and troubleshoot experiments to meet objectives.
• Maintain lab records and contribute to publications.
