Job summary

PSA Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Manager of IOE Scheduling to oversee the IOE scheduling function and lead a team of schedulers.

You will ensure optimal use of flight crew resources within FARs, labor rules, and company policies, coordinating with Training, Crew Planning, and Flight Operations to deliver trained crew members. Responsibilities include training new IOE schedulers, maintaining recurrent training programs, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience scheduling large populations of personnel.
• 1+ year in a supervisory/management role.
• Experience with software scheduling systems.
• Aviation experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of FAA Regulations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IOE Scheduling operations and supervise IOE schedulers.
• Train and develop new IOE Schedulers; provide ongoing coaching.
• Maintain a recurrent training program for pilots and flight attendant IOE schedulers.
• Ensure scheduling procedures are followed and standards met.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to forecast future crew staffing needs.
• Maintain records of LCA status and FAA observations; ensure compliance with FARs.
• Lead special projects and oversee reporting on scheduling activities.
