Job summary

Entegra in Houston is seeking an ILI Scheduler responsible for scheduling and allocating Operation Crews and ILI equipment to US jobs, including downtime for maintenance. Communicate with Operations personnel, Sales, and Project Managers to maintain a run schedule.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate resources for multiple projects, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 2-year technical electronic degree.
• 3+ years of ILI field experience required.
• Tool Operator Level II qualification or greater.
• Ability to schedule resources with safety and quality in mind.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate Operation Crews and ILI equipment to US jobs.
• Schedule downtime for equipment maintenance and upgrades.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Operations, and PMs to maintain run schedules.
• Input and maintain operational data and generate weekly reports.
• Ensure safety, quality compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
