Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph required.
• Security+/DoD 8140 IAT certification required.
• ITIL 4 Certification required or within 90 days.
• 5+ years’ experience maintaining IT infrastructure and services.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an Operations Bridge with ISC NOC and external partners.
• Provides Situational Awareness to Customer including reports and logs.
• Uses Enterprise Management tools to correlate impact, SLA conformance, trends.
• Monitors high priority incidents affecting VIPs and critical services.
• Supports Government with world event awareness and correlates impacts to systems.
• Prepares daily availability briefings, charts, and reports for leadership.
• Coordinates maintenance with carriers and affected customers.
• Provides after-hours support for Enterprise IT maintenance.
