Job summary

CA CI International Inc. seeks an Integrated Operations Bridge Analyst (Night Shift) to provide on-site technical expertise for enterprise services, incident management, and situational awareness.

You will coordinate with ISC NOC, government customers, and carriers, delivering reports, trend analysis, and executive briefings. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, DoD 8140 IAT or Security+, ITIL 4 certification (or within 90 days), and 5+ years’ IT infra experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
• Current Security+ or DoD 8140 IAT certification.
• ITIL 4 Certification or must obtain within 90 days.
• At least 5 years’ experience maintaining IT infrastructure and services.
• Shall demonstrate understanding of commercial network services, wavelength, SONET and carrier ethernet.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient writing skills.
• Experience drafting and briefing presentations and executive level reports.
• Must review technical documentation for executive level review.
• Working knowledge of network operations and IT services.
• Operational experience collaborating and directing resources supporting mission critical operations.
• Must be available for on-call support in COOP/crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an Operations Bridge, collaborating with ISC NOC, external agencies, and field units.
• Provides Situational Awareness support to the Customer, updating reports and logs, monitoring chats, and communicating impacts.
• Leverages Enterprise Management tools to correlate service impacts, availability, and SLA conformance.
• Proactively monitors high priority incident tickets impacting VIPs and critical services.
• Supports Government with Situational Awareness of events and correlates impacts to systems.
• Conducts trend analysis and supports analytical investigations as needed.
• Provides operational coordination for network Event and Incident Management.
• Prepares daily network availability briefings, charts, and reports for Government leadership.
• Fill-in support for Shift Supervisors; after-hours support for Enterprise IT Maintenance Coordinator.
• Facilitates meetings and coordinates briefing materials with customer.
• Coordinates planned and corrective maintenance with carriers and customers.
• Supports Government with daily ad hoc taskings from Customer.
• Generates Situational Awareness notifications for distribution to customers.
• Provides technical assistance as requested by Customer.
• Coordinates data collection for After Action Report process.
• Implements ITIL best practices and maintains governance documentation.
• Demonstrates understanding of commercial network services, wavelengths, and carrier ethernet.
• Tracks incidents from identification through resolution with end-to-end ownership.
• Engages other service resources to resolve incidents beyond scope.
