Job summary

Rimkus is seeking a Billing Specialist to support invoicing with accuracy and timely submission in line with client expectations. You will review daily and monthly invoices, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with project managers, operations, and accounting teams to keep billing workflows moving efficiently.

Requirements include 2+ years in accounting or billing, proficiency with Elite Accounting Software, and strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

Must have strong verbal and written communication.
Basic math skills are required.
Knowledge of basic accounting, bookkeeping concepts is required.
Experience with billing workflows and invoicing processes is preferred.
Experience coordinating with project managers, operations, and accounting teams is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Perform final proforma review to process daily and monthly invoices.
Ensure invoices comply with client-specific billing guidelines.
Identify and correct billing discrepancies or missing information before invoices are submitted.
Communicate with project managers, BTK, and operations teams to resolve invoice issues.
Communicate with accounting teams to resolve retainer and unallocated funds issues.
Meet invoicing deadlines, productivity targets, and accuracy goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
