Job summary

Allen Distribution in Sumner, WA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure timely, accurate invoicing and to provide administrative support to the management team.

The role requires reliable invoicing, strong communication with customers, and the ability to learn the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Schedule is Monday–Friday 6am–2:30pm, with a pay rate of $21.00–$22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Invoicing and billing knowledge with attention to detail.
• Administrative support experience.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Month end invoicing to be completed within 5 business days of EOM.
• Update invoices for price changes based on contracts or addums.
• Process daily invoicing for Value Add and Transportation (if applicable).
• Maintain current customer files and provide administrative support to management.
• Assist with coverage of reception desk and other invoice processing tasks as needed.
