Job summary

Allen Distribution is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Allentown to manage invoicing and customer communications. The role requires accurate processing of daily and monthly invoices, with emphasis on timely, error-free billing and strong cross-functional collaboration.

The position supports the Operations Manager, with a 1st shift schedule and a pay rate of $22.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential when applicable.

Qualifications

• Understanding of invoicing and billing processes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Suite and ability to learn WMS.
• Ability to provide administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Month end invoicing to be completed within 5 business days of EOM or directed by customer.
• Maintain accuracy and speed in processing invoices.
• Monitor and record external invoice errors on the Clerical Error Spreadsheet.
