Innova Solutions is seeking an Invoicing Analyst for a 12-month contract in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on reviewing vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and contractual compliance, and analyzing discrepancies to drive improvements in financial governance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a quantitative field, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. This position is open to W-2 candidates with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in analysis or a relevant quantitative field.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present complex data findings in clear, concise manner using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness and compliance with negotiated contractual terms, rate cards and service level agreements.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies by analyzing billing data, contract language and usage details; identify root causes of recurring errors or non-compliant invoicing behaviors.
• Document findings, trends and corrective actions, and recommend process or control improvements to strengthen invoice accuracy and financial governance.
