Qualifications

• High school education required.
• College degree or business vocational education preferred.
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
• Number oriented, 10-key a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely organized with multitasking and time management.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Experience working in billing or data entry preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional administrative and clerical support in an office setting.
• Generate and process a high volume of invoices daily, ensuring accuracy.
• Verify bills of lading and other source documents.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Perform data entry into accounting software.
• Communicate with sales, dispatch, and others to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
• Cross-training to support other roles.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.
