Job summary

Broadridge Asset Management Solutions is seeking a Product Owner to shape the future of investment technology. You will partner with the Head of Product to influence workflows—from research to portfolio management and data analytics—while collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, QA, client services, and business stakeholders.

You will serve as a bridge between Product Management and Engineering, delivering high-impact solutions that reduce risk and improve efficiency across the investment

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in financial technology.
• Understanding of private equity or private credit operations, accounting, or fund structures.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into detailed product requirements.
• Familiarity with Broadridge SentryPM or other Syndicated Loan / Private Credit / CLO systems.
• Experience in agile scrum environments with globally distributed teams.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in modern product development methodologies; roadmap, sprint planning and backlog management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute product strategy and roadmap with product leadership.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and client value from market trends.
• Own delivery of new features across Broadridge’s credit investment suite.
• Be the embedded Product Owner in agile squads, driving sprints and backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with engineering to design scalable, reusable solutions.
• Create clear epics, user stories, and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Oversee end-to-end release processes and ensure high-quality deployments.
• Conduct hands-on testing, document issues, and uphold product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
• Support client demos, product documentation, and business analysis.
• Glean customer input via interviews and forums.
