You will coordinate with Investor Relations, prepare capital calls and distributions, and reconcile proceeds while reporting on the investor portal. The role requires attention to deadlines and collaboration with managers, teams, and support functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books and records for hedge and private equity funds.
• Prepare NAV, management fees, carried interest and performance fee calculations.
• Prepare capital call and distribution calculations including investor notices and reconcile call proceeds and distribution payments.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations on the release of capital notices and report on the investor reporting portal.
• Work closely with manager, team, and support functions to manage client expectations and ensure adherence to SLA timelines for client deliverables and ad hoc requests.
