Job summary

Ultimus Fund Solutions seeks an Investor Services Associate to handle day-to-day investor correspondence, maintenance and review of investor records, and timely onboarding. You will respond to client and investor inquiries with high accuracy and on schedule.

In addition to daily duties, you may back-up other team members, interact with IT, Treasury, and accounting staff, and assist in AML/KYC, subscriptions, redemptions, and audits while managing multiple projects under time constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong client service orientation and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe products.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from investors, fund management and accounting staff.
• Distribute investor statements, audited financial statements, capital activity notices and K1 reports using various electronic methods via email and/or online portal.
• Input and/or review investor information in company systems, portals and investor files.
• Input and/or review investor updates in company systems, portals and investor files.
• Maintain routine correspondence with fund management and investors.
• Review and process subscriptions and redemptions for open-end fund clients.
• Perform AML/KYC compliance procedures for new and existing investors, as applicable.
• Complete underlying investment documents for fund of fund clients, as applicable.
• Distribute offering documents on behalf of clients, as applicable.
• Prepare and track private equity capital call and distribution notices, as applicable.
• Assist in completion of investor audit requests.
• Performs various client projects as needed, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Potential for critical processing of investor updates or onboarding to ensure team meets client deadlines.
• Assist Fund Team associates with questions on the Investor Service processes or policies and;
• Work on special projects as assigned.
