Ultimus Fund Solutions seeks an Account Services Specialist II to execute transfer agency duties with precision for mutual fund clients. You will establish new accounts, manage transactions, and document activities with limited direct client contact.

In this role you’ll collaborate with teammates, handle redemptions and exchanges, administer retirement plan transactions, and maintain shareholder records while ensuring IRS/SEC compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in client services or a related field.
• Background in the financial services industry.
• Series 6 license is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Establish and input data for new client accounts from application forms.
• Process basic financial operations such as redemptions and exchanges.
• Maintain shareholder accounts and correspondence including undeliverable mail.
• Coordinate incoming asset transfers with the relinquishing custodian.
• Track transfer procedures to ensure timely completion.
• Support team goals and take on additional duties as needed.
