Job summary

Confidential, a growing real estate investment firm, is hiring a Client Operations Associate in West LA. This hybrid role offers exposure to the founders, with the goal of building and eventually leading the client operations function.

You’ll own onboarding, client relationship management, CRM/investor portal administration, communications, and support for audits, tax delivery, and capital calls, while coordinating vendor and document management behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client relations or investor services in financial services.
• Strong communication with precise, professional style.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• New-client onboarding: manage closing calendar, subscription tracking, compliance review, and client records setup.
• Client relationship management: serve as primary contact for questions, requests, and portal support.
• CRM/investor portal administration: maintain accurate client/advisor data with strict controls on banking changes.
• Client communications: distribute updates and ensure documents are posted for each client.
• Finance operations support: assist with audits, tax delivery, and capital call/distribution notices.
• General firm operations: vendor coordination, document management, and entity filings support.
• Fundraising support: maintain prospect lists and coordinate data room access.
• Client/prospect events: help plan and execute events.
