Standish Management, LLC is seeking an Investor Services Specialist in San Francisco to enhance client engagement and investor relations. You will collaborate with engagement teams on onboarding, AML processes, and financial/tax reporting, ensuring accurate investor data and timely responses.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, data integrity, and proactive support for investor inquiries, with a focus on delivering excellent service to private equity clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in a client-oriented office environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, energetic self-starter able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with senior personnel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and investor requests including granting access to investor portal and updating investor information.
• Assist with onboarding of new investors and respond to financial information questions.
• Support ad-hoc projects: financial and tax reporting, capital call and distribution tracking, wire preparation.
• Compile and organize investor CRM data with accurate client information.
• Coordinate with technology team to set up client portals and AML reporting.
• Provide general administrative support to engagement and onboarding teams.
