We seek a client services professional to strengthen client relationships, engage investors, and deliver an excellent experience for our clients and their investors.

The Investor Services Specialist will respond to investor requests, assist with onboarding, AML reporting, and contribute to financial and tax reporting, audits, and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in a client-oriented office environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, energetic self-starter with creative thinking.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong prioritization and deadline management.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with senior personnel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to investor requests including granting portal access and onboarding.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects such as financial and tax reporting, capital calls, and wire preparation.
• Compile and organize investor CRM data and update AML information.
• Coordinate with technology teams to set up client portals.
• Support engagement and onboarding teams with reporting and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to financial reporting, audits, and project management.
