Job summary

Standish Management, LLC is seeking an Associate to join its fund administration team in San Francisco. You will support investor relations and data entry into client reporting software, while assisting with capital calls, distributions, and allocations.

You will help prepare quarterly reports for limited partners and manage accounts payables/receivables, ensuring accurate and timely information for clients. A strong Excel background and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and strong academics.
• Proficient Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of financial and client information into the recordkeeping system.
• Assist with capital calls, distributions and allocations to investors.
• Prepare quarterly reports for limited partners and respond to investor requests.
• Handle accounts payables/receivables for clients and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with team on investor communications and reporting.
