Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years in financial services preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Responding to daily investor inquiries by phone and email; investigate and resolve issues.
• Facilitate capital activity events including subscriptions and redemptions; review documentation with internal/external counsel.
• Prepare investor reporting requests (DDQs, fee requests) and coordinate with finance, asset management, and compliance teams.
• Distribute monthly/quarterly estimates, statements, letters, and audit confirmations.
• Ensure compliance with FINRA, FATCA, ERISA; implement AIFMD, FOIA, AML/KYC procedures.
