Fortress Investment Group LLC in New York, NY, is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst/Associate to support senior Relationship Managers and the Institutional Sales team. You will coordinate due-diligence processes, prepare investor reporting, and track pipeline activity while ensuring timely follow-up from investor meetings.

The role requires 1–3 years in IR or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and FINRA licenses or the ability to obtain quickly.

Qualifications

1–3 years of Investor Relations, Institutional Sales Support, or related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63) or ability to obtain quickly.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong prioritization and follow‑through.
Familiarity with alternative investments and institutional diligence processes (DDQs/RFPs).

Responsibilities

Support Relationship Managers across the investor lifecycle, including outreach, onboarding, and servicing.
Coordinate due‑diligence materials and manage Q&A with internal teams.
Customize investor reporting and create dashboards summarizing pipeline and activity.
Maintain CRM hygiene, track meetings, follow‑ups, and deadlines.
Provide day‑to‑day institutional sales support and assist with campaigns/roadshows.
