Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in Investor Relations or institutional sales support.
• FINRA licenses (Series 7/63) or ability to obtain quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Relationship Managers across the full investor lifecycle: outreach, diligence, onboarding, and ongoing servicing.
• Own meeting logistics and follow-up: meeting briefs, notes, action items, and timely investor communications.
• Build recurring reporting and dashboards for pipeline, outreach activity, and outcomes.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene: contact updates, notes, and opportunity stages.
• Suggest AI/workflow enhancements to streamline CRM updates and diligence tracking.
