Job description

• Oversee fund administrator investor relations activities, including review and validation of investor statements for accuracy and completeness
• Process and reconcile investor transactions, including subscriptions and redemptions, ensuring proper documentation and timely execution of capital activity
• Support month-end and quarterly close processes by reviewing statements, wire confirmations, asset summaries, and related reporting materials
• Maintain investor account data within CRM systems and ensure accuracy of investor records and reporting outputs
• Manage and maintain the investor portal/website, including content updates, user access setup, and troubleshooting investor issues
• Assist with regulatory reporting requirements and related documentation
• Support ad hoc and project-based initiatives including compliance projects, fund launches/restructures, and enhancements to investor reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline with strong academic performance
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, fund administration, fund operations, or a related financial services role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong overall computer literacy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a data-intensive environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team

Preferred / Additional Requirements
