Theorem Fund Services is seeking an Investor Relations professional for a remote role in the United States. You will review investor subscriptions, complete KYC/AML verifications, and prepare FATCA/CRS filings while supporting investor inquiries.

You will also assist with banking-related tasks, manage access to the investor portal, and maintain strong communication with clients and colleagues. A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in investor relations or AML/KYC are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Investor Relations or AML/KYC; hedge fund administration/financial services experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process investor subscription and redemption documents.
• Complete KYC and AML verifications.
• Prepare FATCA/CRS filing.
• Generate investment confirmations and capital call letters.
• Manage user access to the interactive investor portal.
• Assist with answering inquiries from investors.
• Assist clients with the bank account opening process for partner banks.
• Review wire disbursement requests for validity and compliance.
• Setup or review wire disbursements on the bank’s portal.
• Provide ongoing support with banking related inquiries.
