Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; commensurate experience in banking customer service, finance, real estate title, or real estate paralegal work considered
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to concisely investigate, interpret, and resolve investor questions or complications with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Process monthly and quarterly distributions
• Liaise with the Treasury Department pertaining to investor distribution payments
• Answer incoming investor telephone calls, monitor the customer support email inbox, and respond to inquiries
• Conduct research to resolve customer concerns and elevate when necessary
• Update and maintain investor information in multiple CRM systems
• Support all members of the Investor Relations Team as needed
