Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in investor relations or related financial services.
• Strong attention to detail with sensitive financial information.
• Advanced Excel skills and CRM experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine investor inquiries.
• Assist with investor communications, fundraising materials, targeted email campaigns, and presentation development.
• Help produce investor marketing materials using research, financial data, and compelling visualizations.
• Support investor onboarding, AML/KYC processes, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Own and maintain investor records across CRM and fund administration systems.
• Generate reports and analytics for leadership, finance, and investor relations initiatives.
• Coordinate recurring investor reporting, including capital statements, transaction confirmations, capital calls, and distributions.
