Job summary

Gen II Fund Services seeks an Investor Services Manager to join the operations team. The role focuses on delivering investor services to sponsors and client service teams with meticulous attention to detail and strong time management in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in financial services, PE or hedge fund investor services background, and experience with investor portals and Allvue CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Accounting/Finance/Economics a plus).
• 7+ years’ experience in the financial services industry.
• Private Equity or Hedge Fund Investor Services background preferred.
• Experience with investor portals and Allvue CRM is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with differing deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff adherence to guidelines & best practices for client deliverables.
• Support tactical and strategic roadmap to enhance client and investor experience.
• Maintain open communication with client services teams and Principals.
• Partner with Gen II technology to implement centralized workflow systems.
• Lead information sessions to promote best practices and op-model changes.
• Conduct client calls, address concerns, and manage escalations.
• Identify solutions to reduce cycle time on client requests and reporting.
• Maintain staff heat map for cross-training and risk reduction.
• Ensure Investor Relations team adherence to SLAs.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate associates and supervisors.
• Operate in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment.
• Lead special projects and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
