Job summary

Aberdeen Investments, a global asset management group, seeks an Investor Services & Intermediary Oversight Associate in the U.S. to support high-quality investor and intermediary experiences across mutual funds, ETFs, and SMA products.

The role partners with Distribution, Product, Compliance, Legal and other Operations teams to resolve servicing matters and enable new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include overseeing transfer agents, monitoring service delivery and controls, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related discipline; professional experience acceptable
• Minimum of 3 years in asset management, mutual fund/ETF operations, transfer agency or related financial services
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Oversight of third-party transfer agents and investor servicing providers for Aberdeen's U.S. wealth management products
• Monitor service delivery, controls, incidents and drive resolution with internal partners
• Participate in governance, due diligence and periodic oversight reviews
• Onboard and maintain intermediary, broker-dealer and platform relationships
• Coordinate intermediary compensation arrangements (12b-1, shareholder servicing, revenue sharing) as applicable
• Support product and distribution teams with operational requirements and due diligence
