Ares Management Corporation is seeking a Senior Associate for the Corporate Finance team to lead the Employee Co-Investment Program operations, including onboarding, reporting, and investor relations. This role focuses on delivering accurate, timely governance across multiple funds and platforms.

The position emphasizes collaboration with US and Mumbai teams, continuous process improvement, and the implementation of efficient investor solutions within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Economics or Finance with outstanding academic record; CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience; Big 4 experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting processes.
• Experience coordinating multiple third-party relationships and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new co-invest funds launches, onboarding, and reporting.
• Manage relationships with US and Mumbai teams and external fund administrators.
• Improve investor operations, reporting, and processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee quarterly NAV reconciliations and GAAP financial statements.
• Mentor LA & Mumbai teams and support ad-hoc requests.
