Ares Management LLC, a leading global alternative investment manager, seeks a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance to own and enhance processes for the Employee Co-Investment Program, including onboarding, reporting, and fund accounting responsibilities. This role collaborates with US and Mumbai teams to deliver accurate, timely investor insights.

Formación

• BS/BA in Accounting, Economics or Finance with strong academics.
• CPA, preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience; Big 4 experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate new co-invest funds launches and onboarding.
• Manage relationships with internal/external stakeholders and fund administrators.
• Improve data, reporting, and investor operations processes.
• Oversee quarterly NAV reconciliations and GAAP financial statements.
• Mentor and train LA & Mumbai teams.
