Job summary

Templum in New York seeks an Investor Services Associate to support investor inquiries, process subscription documents, and resolve not-in-good-order items within a FINRA/SEC-registered broker-dealer framework.

You will maintain onboarding records, assist in fund document distribution, and help ensure compliance with Reg BI and related rules, while building a career in regulated fund operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in financial services operations, investor services, transfer agency or fund administration.
• Familiarity with onboarding or subscription processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/digital subscription tools.
• Registrations (SIE, Series 7, 63/66 or progress toward) must be obtained within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle investor inquiries and process subscriptions and documents.
• Draft outbound correspondence from firm templates; reviewed by VP of Operations.
• Maintain accurate inquiry logs and escalate regulatory matters.
• Enter/update account data in back-office systems and track pipeline.
