Job summary

Financial Services Org in New York City seeks an Investor Onboarding / Subscription Document Review Specialist to manage the onboarding lifecycle, review subscription documentation, and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. The role supports private equity, private debt, and fund administration environments with a strong emphasis on detail and coordination.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Investor Relations Operations, Fund Administration, Investor Services, or Alternative Investments.
• Experience reviewing subscription documents and investor onboarding packages.
• Strong understanding of Private Equity and Private Debt fund operations.
• Knowledge of Accredited Investor and Qualified Purchaser requirements.
• Experience identifying and resolving onboarding deficiencies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review subscription documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Validate investor onboarding packages and identify missing or deficient information.
• Coordinate directly with investors and internal stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.
• Process investor lifecycle transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and onboarding activities.
• Perform quality control reviews within a maker/checker environment.
• Manage onboarding workflows, shared mailboxes, and transaction queues.
• Ensure service levels and onboarding timelines are consistently met.
• Maintain accurate investor records and documentation.
