• Knowledge of Accredited Investor and Qualified Purchaser requirements.
• Experience identifying and resolving onboarding deficiencies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review subscription documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Validate investor onboarding packages and identify missing or deficient information.
• Coordinate directly with investors and internal stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.
• Process investor lifecycle transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and onboarding activities.
• Perform quality control reviews within a maker/checker environment.
• Manage onboarding workflows, shared mailboxes, and transaction queues.
• Ensure service levels and onboarding timelines are consistently met.
